Types of shipping methods
Our products are made-to-order (mostly), meaning we often create and manufacture the product when you place your order. This may vary in delivery times. We estimate a 7-15 day delivery time, but, as we reiterate, this may vary depending on several factors. If there are several reasons why the product takes too long to create/manufacture, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss your order. Shipping prices do not vary for the Iberian Peninsula, meaning Spain and Portugal. When you create your order, the shipping method for your product will be specified on the website www.studio.denissemontare.com.
For all international destinations, the cost will vary and differ between Europe and the rest of the world.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide, but shipping costs, depending on the country, will increase depending on the distance.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, not at all. But it will be easier for you the next time you order from our online store.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made via direct bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
Can I cancel an order?
Of course. Just send us an email, including your order number and the reasons for your cancellation or product exchange, along with your full name, address, and email address.
Parcel tracking
Once we've created your product, we'll ship it to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number. You can get more information about your order and shipping by visiting the courier company's website and clicking on "Parcel Tracking."
Products, prices and variations
Some of our products are limited editions; therefore, they will appear on the website www.studio.denissemontare.com for a specific period of time. They will then be removed from the website following end-of-stock criteria or by express decision of www.studio.denissemontare.com.
Other products are simply display products or prototypes, which will not be sold or distributed from the website www.studio.denissemontare.com but may be sold offline (in a physical store).
The prices of each product may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to remove, change, or vary any product and corresponding price from the website www.studio.denissemontare.com at any time.

Certain products, expressly advertised by/on www.studio.denissemontare.com, will be available in the store/shop but will be display items, with no price or purchase options, only until www.studio.denissemontare.com considers making them available for sale in subsequent editions or seasons.

Products that are for sale will be subject to the Return or Exchange Policy.
Return policy
Thank you very much for shopping at www.studio.denissemontare.com.
You can exchange or return your products for a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. If you have not returned your item within 30 days of purchase, we will not be able to issue any exchanges.
Refunds and Exchanges:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. This means the garment or product must be in perfect condition (no stains, dents, scratches, tears, holes in the fabric, or other damage); and with its corresponding tags.
The item must be sent in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, either by email or paper.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges:

We will only replace items if they arrived at their destination defective or damaged for reasons beyond the control of Denisse Montáre® and shipped from the website www.studio.denissemontare.com.

Once we receive and inspect the garment or product you are returning, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach your destination will vary.

We cannot guarantee that your product/garment will be returned if it doesn't meet the requirements of the Refunds and Exchanges section. Please remember that the item must be in perfect condition and shipped to you for optimal return and refund.
